Reasonable Doubt

http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/dcfsmemo1.html
For reals, people, there is WAY too much 'reasonable doubt' in this situation to assume anything. It's not fair to justice itself to conclude without adequate knowledge that Michael is guilty. It's not fair to unthinkingly nod your head in agreement with anyone who mentions Michael and subsequently shakes their head in unfounded shame. It's not fair, people, to conform to society's quickly formed judgments and generalizations. Give Michael a chance! There are so many undecipherable shades of gray in this entire situation, from the kid's shady testimonies to the past history between Michael Jackson and his prosecutor, District Attorney Tom Sneddon (also listen to Michael's song Leave Me Alone - there are some not-so-secret hidden words in it relating to Tom Sneddon). Open minds, people, open minds. Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?? Last time I checked, this is America, where the general idea is to give everyone a fair chance, and seek truth and justice.

I totally agree with you! He seems definatly painted as guilty until proven innocent.. I always thought it was the other way around in this country.
